Our household, which grinds beans and drinks coffee every day, often uses online shopping or nearby supermarkets, but this time we bought beans from a coffee shop. 10$COFFEE is a store located in front of Ichinowari Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line, which is on my way to work.
The interior of the store is filled with a truly pleasant aroma. There are quite a few varieties of beans, with over 30 types listed in the catalog alone. Each type can be roasted in 10 different levels, from light roast to dark roast.
This time I purchased the No. 16 African Mocha Blend. The aroma of freshly roasted beans is definitely different! Of course, the taste is also refined, and I’m very satisfied whether it’s ground fine or coarse.
