When it comes to South Indian cuisine, many restaurants are run by Indians, but World Atomi Cafeteria is operated by Japanese staff. It is located very close to Sashiougi Hospital, and there is no parking, so please be careful. Closed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
There are also South Indian-style thali plates, but on this day we ordered the World Curry Plate with two types (1600 yen). We chose the curries “Ethnic Chicken Soboro with Plenty of Condiments” and “Chicken with Black Pepper and Tomato.”
The minced chicken is on the rice, and the chicken curry is at the back. Both have a tangy and spicy flavor, yet somehow also a mellow Japanese-style taste, which I found very delicious. It also goes well with the Indica rice. I’d like to try another curry as well!
