I visited for the first time the ramen shop I had been curious about near my workplace, Goma in Soka City. It wasn’t very crowded during the weekday lunch break, so I was able to sit down immediately. Closed on Mondays.
Dandan noodles
The menu was simple. I ordered the tantanmen (920 yen), and since you can choose the level of spiciness, I went with the standard level 3 heat.
Of course, it has the numbing spiciness typical of dandan noodles, but the level 3 spiciness is relatively mild. It’s very easy to drink and delicious. Although it’s probably high in calories, it makes you want some rice!
Black Sesame Dandan noodles
I revisited on September 17, 2017, and this time I ordered the black sesame dandan noodles (940 yen). Black dandan noodles! As last time, I chose level 3 spiciness, so the mild heat was the same. You can really taste the aroma and richness unique to black sesame. As expected, this dandan noodles is delicious.
Curry Dandan noodles
I’ve gotten hooked on this shop’s dandan noodles, and for my third lunch, I ordered the curry dandan noodles (940 yen). The curry broth is also delicious, and I drank it all. However, for those who want to enjoy the flavor of dandan noodles more, the red or black versions might be better.
