Today, I went to Koshigaya to visit my eldest son. We had lunch at Tonkatsu Kagurazaka Sakura. It has become quite popular recently; in Saitama, there are only two locations, Kawaguchi and Koshigaya, but it seems there are quite a few stores in the Kanto area. The Aeon Mall Kita-Toda store will open on October 7, 2025!
I chose the Hokkaido Yume no Daichi Pork Loin Cutlet Set Meal (140g, 1780 yen). It’s similar to Wako, but I think the quality of the meat is better since it’s more expensive. Salt was provided, so I enjoyed it with salt instead of sauce, and it was nice to savor the juicy flavor of the meat slowly. Of course, rice, miso soup, and cabbage are all refillable!
